Kurt has been in the real estate business for the past 6 years, but has been surrounded by the business for much longer with a father who was a realtor and appraiser and a brother who is a master appraiser in San Antonio.  Kurt's extensive background in construction and facilities management has given him a keen knowledge of all aspects of home construction and maintenance as well as an understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (Kurt held an HVAC license for several years).  Kurt lives with his wife Christine, a College Station teacher and real estate licensee, on 40 acres in Huntsville, TX.  With membership in both the Bryan/College Station Association of Realtors AND the Houston Association of Realtors, Kurt works with clients from Houston to College Station and all points in between.
